Overview

One of the best advantages to having a dedicated torrent server is automating the process of downloading torrents. At the same time, having a Web UI to the torrent client makes managing active torrents and uploading new torrents a lot easier.

This guide will provide instructions on how to setup wTorrent and FlexGet as your preferred WebUI/RSS downloader for rTorrent. There are other WebUI's available for rTorrent - the author of this guide prefers wTorrent because:

1. wTorrent has it's own authentication mechanism which allows for multiple users to share the rTorrent client.
2. wTorrent will eventually have cookie support, allowing for direct downloads from private trackers.
